Hi, let's say if I'm liable to pay resale levy and can only pay it after selling my current HDB (which is my 3rd HDB flat, with this current one being a resale). Between the time when the resale levy amount is confirmed to the time when I actually make the payment, will there be interest incurred? I.e. assuming the amount to pay is $50,000, after 3-4 years will I be paying $50,000 or $50,000+interest?
