Hi,
just wanted to understand the payment schedule for condo 5%.
1. Option fee 1% of total sales value to be paid to vendor (seller).
2. With-in 14 days, another 4% needs to be paid to whome (vendor or vendor's lawyer)?
3. Stamp duty 3% of purchase price - 5,400 to be paid to buyer's lawyer??
Can you guys confirm the point 2 and 3 in terms of giving cashier order. Is there any risk?
