Hi, just to check why is the maintenance for Interweave so high as compared to other condos nearby?

Hi, just to let you know that some of the newly TOP projects along that stretch comes with high maintenance fee too. I believe that was due to the location and also Interweave is a small scale project. I am currently serving 2 sellers of The Interweave and was informed that their lawyers have actually advised them to lodge a complain to the developer about this issue and perhaps you may like to do likewise.
