I am looking for a min 3 bedroom unit about 1200+sq ft to 1300sq ft. So I suppose the psf should be lower right ? I looked through URA caveat and recent transactions hovering around S$1,000+ psf mark for that unit size.
If not, do you have any other good recommendations, it is for own stay. Thanks.
