Good morning buyer,

Are you thinking of purchasing a new launch?

Usually developer will provide floor tiles for the unit and basic furnishing for the toilet as such as vanity top, mirror, shower screen, shower head etc.

Probably you can share with me which project are you interested in so I will be in a better position to advise and assist you further.

Hi,

I presume you are referring to a property under construction? Most such new launches usually come with floor tiles in living and bedrooms, and can come in tiles/marble/timber flooring to name but a few. Bathrooms will also be fully equipped with a vanity top and cabinet, basin, shower mixer and cubicle and all walls and floor done up.
