Hi, I've a property in West Coast called Westcove. Small and cosy development. Its a 99 year leasehold. I was thinking of selling it but wondered if there was any en-bloc potential for this site. Furthermore, i've read up and some websites said that the neighbour Westbay is of enbloc potential.

In this case, is it possible that both sites combine and have a larger enbloc sale? How does this process start especially with neighbouring properties (The Vision) selling for around 1K to 1.2K psf, not to mention the MRT coming nearby.

What do you think?
