The information you have provided for is insufficient for any of us to give you full details and advise. To whether you are able to afford the purchase of a 2 bedroom condo, it will depend greatly on the requirements you have for this condo (be it freehold or leasehold as well as its location and age of property) as well as your financial commitments. It is one thing earning $8k a month in combine income but your financial commitment could outstrip your income level.
For this, please approach a qualified banker for assistance to work out the sum of loan you can undertake with your current financial status. As for the remaining, we can take it on one step at a time. If you do not have contacts of any bankers, do let me know.
