Hi, is this clause necessary for the tenant to accept?
" All claims, demands, writs, summonses and action suits, proceedings,
judgments orders, decrees, damages, cost, losses and expenses of any
nature whatsoever which the Landlord may suffer or incur in connection
with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to the property arising from
or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the premises or the use of the
premises or any part thereof by the Tenant, Tenant’s family or by any of the
Tenant’s employees, representatives, agents, occupiers or visitors."
