Hi is there cases where agent (seller) agreed to buyer on the confirmation of selling and within 15mins (as agreed grace period of 20mins to reach) on way to take the check to present, the seller agent invited another buyer to raise the price n commit on the basis 1st come with check, which is absolutely not fair to the committed buyer!!!! is this the common pratice of agents????????? where can i lodge a complain? this is a serious situation of zero integrity n these agents in the market should not be around@!!!!!! some kind soul pls advise how to deal with zeo integrity agents!!!!!!!!!!!
