Normally you will most likely receive the keys 6 months before the expected TOP date but it will be best to just take reference from the expected TOP date.

Hi, nope there isn't any statistic to show you. However, base on past records, it will be mostly 6 months to 9 months before the TOP date stated on paper that you will be receiving the keys. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
