Hi, is there any rules and regulations to restrict PR who owned a private condo to buy a resale HDB?

Morning Jas,

The regulation does not restrict PR, it's applicable to all HDB buyers who are currently holding private properties. They are required to sell off their private property within 6 months from key collection.
