Dear landlord,
Many units that I have marketed for rent has been taken up either through my effort or my competitor's effort. In today's rental market, it is no doubt that competitiveness has increased tremendously, but your expectations needs to be managed too. The second thing is if the appointed salesperson is merely showing the house to prospective tenants without pushing for any offers, it is as good as having an openhouse just for showcase.
