hi is it safe to handover keys to property agent to arrange viewing purposes ?

Morning CK,
I believe you have communicated with your salesperson and feel comfortable with him, prior to engaging his services. Thus it would be purely on trust and professional ethic that your salesperson act on your interest.
However, if you feel uncomfortable with the idea, you can always hold onto the keys and open up the unit when there's viewing.

You must be comfortable with the idea. My owner/ landlord had also passed me the keys for viewings purposes. Like my fellow agents had mentioned, it's the mutual trust that you have between your agent and yourself.
