With the price range of around S$500K, it is still possible to get an 1 bedroom or Studio apartment. However due to the price constrain, the location is limited to only very few area.
Geylang is one of the possible location. If you are looking at investment, rental yield, stand point, Geylang area has always offer one of the best returning yield.
If you can slightly stretch you price range by abit to the S$600k range, you will have much more selection.

Hi Hui Yi, yes there would be but slightly more than your budget. The project is called Treasures @ G6 at Geylang and price at 520k. What's more, it is a Freehold and mins to CBD area. Would you like to view the showflat asap?
