Hi. Is it possible to buy a 999leasehold or freehold private condo or apartment already TOP or TOP by 2014 at $500k? I am Singaporean below 35 but married to a foreigner. However I plan to buy on my own name since I am the one paying for it and also to avoid additional stamp duty. It is for own stay but I plan to rent out when we relocate in few years. So prefer near MRT and good easy rental area. I don't want geylang area. Also is shoebox apartment/condo be easy to sell off in future? As I can't afford higher price. Also we doubt we can buy HDB as they have stringent rules since we will relocate overseas in near future. Can u advice me how much upfront payment too. Thank you
