Hi, Is it mandatory to get a lawyer for buying a new launch condo purchase?

Yes it is mandatory to get a lawyer to handle the paper work transaction for you. But not to worry as the agent would recommend a lawyer and you need not find one yourself. The legal fee will be around $3000.
