Hi, in year 2013 me and my friend share print property flyer it contain me and my friend photo and contact number . At the end of 2014 I have left the property market industry and I did not renew my property agent licence. But there are still flyer left over. Can my friend still use the same flyer to distribute as it contain my photo and contact number. It is an offence pls advise.
