Rates are as mentioned above by fellow agents. I personally feels getting the right tenants will be more important. Reasons being will the tenants be taking care of your premise and rental payment to be paid promptly and etc.

In February 2013, one unit was rented out for $2650 in BLK 9. Keep this in mind as a guide to determine your rental asking. If you consider your unit to be in decent conditions for rental, perhaps you may wish to match the transacted price or priced it upwards a little and review when necessary.
