You may also want to consider The Verve, is also freehold at Jalan Rajah Road. Good potential yield as it is near to Novena Medical Hub and Curtin University. Doctors and professional will be keen to rent. It is beside the new Zhongsan Park.

1-BR price range there also at $650K nego., and is a high rise condo compared to Alexis of low rise.
