Good afternoon,

If you are a Singapore citizen and take initial downpayment of 20% downpayment and 3% buyer's stamp duty into consideration, your budget is around $480k.

If you are looking at condo, your choices are very limited. Probably can still try for studio in D14.

But if you are a SC and above 35 years old, you are able to purchase a resale HDB under Single Singapore Citizen Scheme.
