Hi,

I'm Single 35yr currently.
I'm planning to buy a Resale 4 Room HDB.
I've tried to apply for an HLE but puzzled why it failed.

My fiancee is a Malaysian under Work Permit.
I tried to apply under the single scheme since she is not a SC nor a SPR at this point in time.

I tried apply for HLE under 4 Room Resale but it requested me to enter another occupant which i keyed in her details.
Under submission of documents, it requested for her CPF contribution which ...
under work permit, she doesn't have obviously.

and that's where it got me confused. Am i able to apply for the HLE to apply for a 4 room HDB if i'm single?

As long as your income ceiling doesnt exceed $6k, you are eligible to apply for HLE under Single Singapore Citizen Scheme.

If you encounter any further "errors", you might want to clarify them by calling into the HDB hotline.
