Hi, I'm Singapore PR, Chinese, want to buy a 5rm HDB or Exec Maisonette at Bedok .kembangan,Enous area. I'm aiming well renovation and unblock view unit, Is it possible to get one with cov 40~50k? , if the seller agent have this kind of resources. Pls reply me.Thank you

I do have such a unit in Bedok but it will only be ready for sale in July.
