Hi I'm selling my share of my resale hdb to the other co-owner ( a family member). I'm single and 35 and want to know whether i can use my CPF again for my second resale hdb flat. Also, would i be eligible for a CPF subsidy ( I did not get one the first time I bought my first resale flat) Do I need to wait for a while before I can buy another resale flat after i transferred my share of my current one. Base on a 4th room resale around central east area, around how much cash should I prepare to buy for ?

Afternoon Sharon, Depending on the scheme both of you purchased the current unit with and your co-owner's income and citizenship status, part purchase might be possible. When that is done, you will be eligible for purchase under single scheme and eligible grant will be $20k, if your income is not more than $5k. As to how much cash is require, this would be dependent on the amount of CPF, mortgage loan and purchase price of the upcoming unit. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
