Hi, Im PR & my salary around 4500, CPF have around 10k, and cash 160k. Can anyone provide me listing for 3 bedroom and let me know how much i can afford for a condo? at 800k? I do not have any commitment, loans or etc.

Hi Jennie

Your cash and CPF will be sufficient for the initial payment of 20% and stamp duty.

However, assuming you are taking a 80% max loan for a 30-year mortgage, say at 1.5% interest, the monthly payment will be $2.2K. Minus off your monthly OA CPF contribution might still be a bit stretched.
