Hi,

Breakdown as follows:
Cash 5% 25K
CPF 15% 75K
Max Bank Loan 80% 400K
Stamp duties 8% 40K
Legal fees approx 3K

Thus you could be looking at abt 143K downpayment. Depending on how much CPF you have, the rest will be cash you need to put up. Thanks and may I assist you further on your purchase?

Hi Jacelyn, like what Ivan has shown the breakdown of a payment scheme of a condo, pls note that for a 1 bedroom condo, the price would be at least from 600k. You may like to consider 1Suutes or Treasures @ G6 Condo. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Normally private property buyer doesn't have to pay any agent commission as your representative will be collecting it from developer if not, seller's agent.
