hi, im planning to purchase a condo for investment. However i do not know much about the pricing mechansim. Are condo at lower floor cheaper than those at higher floor with good view? Generally how much cheaper will it be? Are older condos cheaper and again cheaper by how much? Are there guidelines for determining the price of condos due to various factors like floor level and age?
