Hi, im now currently 33, single and hoping to buy a resale 3 room HDB flat when im 35 in 2013, while still single. Based on the current trend in prices, do you think i'll be able to afford one? Would having say ... around $70k in CPF ordinary and $30k cash be too little? I am not picky and is willing to choose any locations. Thanks for your time.
