That would depends on your requirement and budget. If you have good budget and looking for regular sizing unit, the required time will be shorter. However, should you have specific requirements like big dog friendly, seaview and 4 to 5 bedrooms, etc, that might take awhile.

Append is a broad guideline for normal rental transaction.

Generally, the documentation process should takes 2 weeks.

Physical viewing may take 2 - 4 weeks which is very dependant on individual.

We had done viewing and documentation within 24 hours but it is rare and it takes lots of coordination.
