Hi, I'm moving back to Singapore and looking for a 1 BR / studio apartment starting 1st week December 2010 i.e. moving in on December 4th / 5th.
Preferred location: Within 5 to 10 min of MRT station, and within 30 to 40 min of CBD. I'll be in Singapore to view apartments all of November.
Budget for 1 BR / Studio - $1600 to $2000/ month approximately.
About me: Indian citizen; ex-SPR, now moving back to Singapore.
I'm familiar with locations / some property development here. Please drop me an email if you have any apartments coming up for rental at that point.
