Hi.
I'm Melinda from Indonesia.
I'm going to Singapore on March 17 (moving in imd) to take a course for 5 months.
I'm looking for an apt/condo to rent :
1. short term (up to 6 months - may extend depending on the situation)
2. preferably near to Orchard MRT /any MRT on the North South Line, because my college would be at around Orchard area.
3. I prefer the ones with swimming pool
4. no owner in the unit.
