Hi I'm looking to rent a condo unit at Lakefront Residences. Depending on the rental price I'm looking at 1-3 bedroom unit. I was told recently that the TOP is around June/July 2014. Is this information correct? I'm hoping to view the unit(s) soon. Thanks!
