I'm looking to rent a 3 BR penthouse unit at Bella vista. Visited a friend who's renting a 2 BR there and find it a really nice little boutique estate. I really dislike the bigger developments as its too crowded. Anyone with 3BR Penthouses to rent at this lovely little place and what is rent for a 2yr lease unfurnished and furnished?
