Hi, I believe you are referring to rental payment. It would be a monthly rental payment that u could do a bank standing order to transfer via online internet banking into the landlord account. It would be good to have an agent to assist you further so as to have a one stop solution to all the hassle and trouble.

Generally rental is pay through bank transfer. You may fund transfer at any ATM machine with cash. Assuming you are renting for a year, 1 month rental for advance rental is payable during LOI and 1 month rental for security deposit during signing the tenancy agreement.
