I'm looking for some general enquires in regards of buying resale HDB
My current partner is a divocee, and she is a PR who had her name registered as a occupant in her previous marriage. Currently divorce paper work has been completed, but the flat has not been sold, which is pending for HDB disposition.
So what are the things to take note of in buying HDB with her. Below are some of the key details
- She is registered as a occupant in the flat
- PR status
- Resale flat that has not met 5 years MOP
- Grant was taken in their purchase
- She does not contribute monetary to the financing of the flat
Do the flat need to be sold before me and her can move on to buy a hdb ? and also since a grant was taken, is there any repayment required
