Hi,

I'm looking for a room for rental @ SGD 750/month or below URGENTLY. Lease will be for 1 year. Tenant will be a single female.

Area: Woodlands/ Yishun or in the North area
Furnished room
Reasonable use of air-con
Able to use WIFI
Able to do light cooking
No sharing of bathroom with males

Preferably all females in the house / married couples in the house.

Agents, please help!
