Hi, I'm looking for a freehold condo for investment around district 9, 10, 11 with a budget of $1mil and within minutes walk to nearest MRT.

    Under construction, TOP soon or ready projects for the past few years.

    Basically, looking at project with good potential for appreciation in value and also with good rental yield.
