    whether it is fully furnished or partially furnished doesn't matter, as long as the unit has bed already. i have a cupboard and few stuffs already. i am studying here and holding student pass right now. if possible around 1100 SGD, preferably already include the utilities. thx.

Apologies for the late response, noted on your requirements. If my understanding is correct, you are looking to rent a room instead of a whole unit given the price range you intend to work on. Is there any particular location we are looking at?

    it's okay. sorry for the late response too. yap, i am looking for a unit. if you had a studio with that budget, that it will be good as well. the location won't be a problem, but, i want to avoid the jurong and clementi or pasir ris or punggol or tampines area :)
