You are considered to be buying private property if you purchase la casa now, hence there's no MOP to meet. Selling after 4 years will be more to your advantage as you avoid Seller's Stamp Duty.

You will need to be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to purchase La Casa now given that it has not fully privatised for foreigners to be eligible.

Nevertheless, you will not be subjected to any MOP for you should you purchase a unit now but Seller's Stamp Duty will be applicable should you decide to sell within 4 years from purchase based on current regulations.

You will be eligible to purchase La Casa now if you are a Singaporean or a PR. As for the MOP, resale EC is not subjected to any MOP. However, if you sell before 4 years, you will be liable to pay Seller's Stamp Duty of up to 16% of the sales price depending on when you sell. Therefore, not advisable to sell before 4 years.

Firstly, as La Casa is partial privatised, only Singaporean and SPR are eligible.

You don’t need to fulfil the 5 year after you purchase the property, however do take note SSD applied.

Lastly, you can only sell the property to foreigner on the 10th year.
