Hi, im keen to purchase a unit at 32 penhas road. May i know if there is any units available? Cant find any units thru property guru. Thank you.

Hi Brandon, thanks for the offer. The price of 925K for the 1173SQ FT is way too high. Its meant for investment. I cant cover the monthly installment based on 925k. Anyway i appreciate your help though.
