If your overseas property is a residential property, you will not be eligible for application to brand new EC.

Hi,

Unfortunately, due to EC eligibility conditions, you need to have disposed of your overseas/local private property for at least 30 months before you can apply for new EC.

You may however, wish to consider resale ECs or private condos. This way, you need not sell your Iskandar properties. May I know which location are you considering? Will be glad to share with you the value-buys in the area. Thanks and hope to speak to you soon.

Warm regards,
