Hi, im interested in buying the unit at #1 suites. However im confused about the no of bedrooms in the unit. On the #1 suites website, there is only one bedroom or one bedroom + study. Yet, when i look it up here, some units have 2 bedrooms. So, any one knows for sure how many bedrooms are there ? and any recommendation for 2 bedrooms condo less or equal to 600k?

Good morning,

I just checked the e-bronchure for #1 Suites. There are only 1 bedder and 1 + study, no 2 bedders. The reason why you are able to browse listings with 2 bedrooms could be that there's no selection of 1 + study for agents to choose from when they list their units thus they have to turn to select 2 bedrooms. It's pretty rare to get 2 bedders around $600k nowadays, probably you have to turn to 1 bedder or can try 1+study.

Are you buying it for own stay or investment?

Hi, if your budget is 600k, I'm afraid you could only get a 1 bedroom unit. There are still a few units left and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
