Hi,

As a prospective tenant, you could list down all your request in the LOI (Letter of Intent) for the landlord's consideration.

However, landlords usually prefer tenant(s) with minimal request unless you are offering exceptional terms such as a longer lease, higher rent etc to justify the additional effort/cost involved.

Hi Clueless,

You have every right to request for conditions before agreeing to rent a place, and owner also has the rights to refuse to your requirements.

As long as the offer is right and requirements are reasonable, differences can be sorted out accordingly.

Should you require further assistance, feel free to let me know.
