Hi, Im in need of help. I own a 5rm flat and now in a divorce proceeding. I wanted to keep the flat but the problem is Im 31yrs old this year with no kids. I know HDB does not allow this. Does anyone know if there is any successful cases or appeal that you may have encounter?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your plight. Unfortunately, most of such appeal cases were rejected by HDB before.

You can consider including your parents name into your matrimonial flat and replacing your ex husband ,
and if your parents and ex husband is agreeable ,
