hi, I'm from Australia and want to buy condo in Singapore for invest and rent it, what executive condo eligible for me to buy as a foreigner? Is that any limit for me for example : have to buy $1.000.000 condo and up and cannot buy condo below $1.000.000

Hi Andrew,

Yes foreigner can buy condo in Singapore, and there is no restriction on how much is the condo that you are eligible to buy.

However, foreigner buy condo in Singapore is subject to 10% of Additional Buyer Stamp Duty. But even with that, investing in Singapore property is still an excellent idea as the stable and growing economy is a very strong factor for property rental yield and capital appreciation.
