Hi,

Is this current HDB the only time you have own a property? If so, and your monthly household income is 14k and below, you are eligible for new EC. Do note you have to remove your name ownership from the HDB after getting the EC.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi,

If you have met your 5-year MOP for your current HDB with your parents, and your combined income with your spouse is not more than $14k per month, you are eligible to apply for a new EC.

However, do take note that you are to dispose off your interest in the HDB latest within 6 months upon TOP of the EC. Your parents, who would be taking over your shares in the HDB will need to refund whatever CPF monies that you have paid towards the HDB too.
