Hi, im currently looking for a rental flat. 2 room. Living with my parents who are unemployed. My monthly salary is 2.5k. Is there any way i can get a rental space without loan?

For rental, you cannot obtain any loan. If you are looking at renting together with your parents for whole unit, you may need to look into 2 room HDB flat if there is any, but rental is likely going to be above your monthly salary. Is your household a Singapore Citizen household? If you are, then you may wish to look into applying for Public Rental Scheme directly with HDB. Read More
