For upgraders, the main concern would be the financial component. Your income status, credit record and age would determine how much loan you can get. Along with the monies in your CPF account, plus the refund from the sales of your unit, it will help to determine if you have enough cash in hand to proceed further. This process will also help you to plan for the preferred estate that you intend to move into.
