Hi, I'm considering accepting an offer to work in Singapore and know that I'll need to factor in housing costs, so I'd like to know how much budget I should allocate to housing. I'd be looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, preferably in a low-rise building with surrounding greenery and convenient access to transport to Sentosa Island. Which districts should I be considering and what would be the average apartment cost there?
