Hi, I'm browsing around (though not hurry) for a new/near new terrace around Clementi, max $900k, for own stay only. Intended to sell current 5 room HDB flat (6yrs old) at Seng Kang with recent redeem from AO left 7.9yrs mortage to go. Seen several brochures last week listed similar unit around here sold $400k. Income $85k pa with only $70k cash. Is my financial condition realistic for a terrance?
