Hi, I'm a working professional in Malaysia. I will be coming to Singapore in 1-2 weeks time & intend to rent a room to stay for about 1-2 months while looking for Biz Opp. I understand from my friends that as i do not hold any valid working permit or passes i am not allow to rent a HDB room, but can i rent a private housing room(condo,apartment or landed)?? My budget is about $1.5-$2k.
